By commissioning me, you are agreeing with the folowing terms:

GENERAL TERMS

I'm not drawing
NSFW
Pedophilia/Zoophilia
Hateful/Intolerant Content

I have the right to decline any commission without reason or explanation.
The time for your commission to be complete may vary, I'll give you an estimative before the payment.
I'll provide you wips in the Sketch, Lineart and Flat Colours stages.

ORDERING A COMMISSION

➤Be clear and concise when describing what you want.
➤Please provide at least one visual reference of your character,
preferably being unshaded and must show the deetails you want for the piece.
➤If you don't have any good reference, plese tell me, and I'll guide you through describing the details.
➤You need to provide at least one way of direct contact.
➤I send updates regularly. Please try to be as responsive as possible, as I need confirmation to continue.
➤Although each commission usually takes one or two weeks to complete, they do not have a completion deadline (unless one has been set by the client). If you need a piece done by a specific date, please let me know.

PAYMENT

➤All prices listed are in USD
➤Payment is upfront. I will start your commission once I receive the full payment.
➤I only accept payment via Paypal (also PicPay and PIX if you are in Brazil).
➤Invoices must be paid within 48 hours otherwise I will cancel them.
➤For currencies other than dollar, ask me for information.

REFUNDS

➤I will give you full refund only if I have to cancel the commission for some reason.
➤If you decide to stop it during the Sketch phase, you'll receive a 75% refund and the final sketch
➤If you decide to stop it during the Lineart phase, you'll receive a 50% refund

DELIVERING AND REPOSTING

➤Once the piece is ready, I'll send you the image in full resolution via E-mail.
➤The image will have my signature, which can't be removed by any circunstances.
➤You can't make any edits in the piece without my permission.
➤You can post the drawing anywhere. Credits aren't obligatory, but much appreciated.
➤I have the right to post the final artwork in any of my social media, and if you don't want to be tagged or mentioned, you can ask me to be labeled as "Anonymous"

COMMERCIAL, NFT, AND OTHER USES

➤You do not have the rights to use the Finished pieces nor the WIPs in any commercial way.
➤You do not have the rights to claim the artwork as your own.
➤You do not have the rights to claim a NFT out of any of my artwork.
➤You may not use the artwork as media for intolerant/hate speech
➤For any other uses, contact me
